Everyone loves the beautiful designs that are made from metals, but few can enjoy "doing it themselves" because of the technical knowledge needed to work with metal. However, using a new foil called Craftmaker Foil, you may now "sculpt" figures, boats, flowers, fish, birds, and hundreds of other metal looking designs. This is a brilliant foil laminated to 8 point cardboard. It comes in shimmering colors - Christmas Red, Glittering Holly Green, Sparkling Blue, Silver and Gold. This Craftmaker Foil is well known for Christmas decorations and designs but a recent discovery led to the use of this material for "metal look". One of the designers found that by burning the foil, with a candle to different degrees that you could "copy" the "welding torch" look on metal. Some of the designs in this book were made to resemble the at works of very famous and talented metal sculptors, with the idea in mind that you would see that it is possible to re-create very expensive designs that you see in gift and department stores. Other designs were specially created for you to show you how to take pictures from magazines, coloring books, and greeting cards and with a little imagination transfer them from picture form to a metal design.
